loving Veronica's silly start to the day. I heard her calling from her room, so I opened the door and found her sitting upright on her bed. I told her she could come out, but she wouldn't budge. Finally she told me that there was a crocodile on the floor and she needed to be carried out of her room. I don't know where she got the idea, but I loved it! For more of the girls' crazy, take a peak at this video I took last night:
wishing my girls didn't fight so much. I know it is completely normal for kids to fight, but they've been at each other's throats the last few days. Just this morning a blanket fort turned into a screaming match. At this very moment, the fight is over who has "a lot of milks," i.e. the bottles from their Fisher Price milk truck toy.

| Yesterday's photo-a-day picture was Clarissa crying. This was a good 10 minutes into her tantrum and time out. |
craving calm, quiet, less anxiety, and more time with Steve. Sunday is our 6th wedding anniversary. Maybe we can sneak away for a bit of a date, to celebrate. Or maybe we'll spend the day in the ruckus that follows my daughters, everywhere they go, and then watch something on Netflix, after they go to sleep on Sunday night. Just like every Sunday.
missing my babies. Clarissa and Veronica are the most awesome kids. I love them to pieces. They are creative, clever and fun to be around, despite the bickering. I love adventuring with them and seeing them learn the world. I just can't help missing them being little babies, who would snuggle into my arms and sleep. I miss that closeness. And I miss them needing me all the time. Yesterday Veronica told me I gave her too many kisses. My heart just about shattered. Teeny-tiny baby Veronica never rejected my kisses.

worrying about my slow fall from the top in the Circle of Moms veg mom blog contest. Really, I have many bigger things I'm worrying about, which I'll keep to myself. If you want to help take the worry away from something little in my life, feel free to vote for me today! Thanks!
Now tell me what's current with you, or link up your currently post with the lovely ladies from Harvesting Kale and Ot & Et.
Your daughters sound so delightful!
