Creamy Vegan Dill Dip

The internet is buzzing with recipes for feeding friends and family for the Super Bowl. My contribution to the festivities is a creamy, flavorful dip for chips or a veggie tray. It just as easy as making any other sour cream-based dip, and I'd venture to say that non-vegans will like it, too.

Note: This is a recipe I've made several times. Unfortunately, I was out of dill when I made it for this post. Your dip will look even more delish, when it's speckled with lots of tasty dill!

 Creamy Dill Dip
1 1/2 cups vegan sour cream*
3 tbsp pickle relish or minced dill pickle
1 tbsp minced parsley
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2-1 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Braggs, tamari, or soy sauce

Mix all ingredients together and serve with your favorite chips or veggies. It can be served immediately, or for a more intense flavor, refrigerate for a couple hours or overnight, before serving.

*You can use prepared vegan sour cream, like Tofutti or Galaxy brands. If you prefer, you can also whip up a batch of your favorite homemade vegan sour cream to use in this recipe.

    1. It's all a facade. Steve eats it, if it's around, and I knew it would be a quick and easy way to stage these photos. I won't be going anywhere near it, from this point on. C and V rejected it today, too. They told me they didn't like it, then deposited it on the floor.
