My menu for this week is just four meals. At the end of the week, I'll be writing about the fancy-pants anniversary supper that I'm making for Steve. Since I'm making a big, special meal for Friday, we only need four other dinners planned out. They are:
- ginger soba noodles
- homemade veggie burgers
- breaded seitan strips with sweet potatoes
- mushroom and kale soup
